Policy for Independence, Impartiality, Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality

Impartiality:

Tatweer Industrial Inspection & Training Services Pvt Ltd is fully aware of need of impartiality, conflict of interest & confidentiality, to maintain impartiality and the perception of impartiality TIITS Pakistan will base all certification decisions on objective evidence of conformity and nonconformity and not allow those decisions tobe influenced by other parties. The top management commits to the principle of impartiality & confidentiality and uses it as guidance for decision of certification activities and ensures that actions will be taken to identify, control, mitigate the activities that present threats to Impartiality.

For this purpose impartiality committee is formulated ensuring balance of interests from all stake holders. All process performed by TIITS are independent of training & consultancy services.

Confidentiality:

TIITS Pakistan makes arrangements to safeguard the confidentiality of the information obtained or created during the performance of Certification activities at all levels of its structure, including committees and external bodies or individuals acting on its behalf, through legally enforceable undertaking (Declaration of Independence, Impartiality, Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality statementFMP08/01).

TIITS Pakistan informs the persons, in advance, of the information it tends to place in the public domain. All other information, except for information that is made publicly accessible by the client, is considered confidential.Reffer to the procedure for information management TIITS-P-08

TIITS Pakistan ensures that:

1. a) Any information acquired during the certification process is not divulged to a third party.
2. b) All documents and computer data containing information relating to the certification process are kept in a secure environment all times, to maintain confidentiality and prevent damage or deterioration.
3. c) During use, confidentiality and security of all documentation and computer data is maintained through security filing and computer pass words.
4. d) TIITS Pakistan will not put the complaint in public domain without the consent of client & complainant unless it is legally required to make it available in public domain.
